He holds a PhD in \u201cTaxation, Contracts and Business\u201d from the University of Campania \u201cLuigi Vanvitelli\u201d (29th cycle) and a PhD with <em data-start=\"357\" data-end=\"375\">Doctor Europaeus<\/em> mention in \u201cHuman Rights: Evolution, Protection and Limits\u201d from the University of Palermo \u2013 Department of Law (23rd cycle).<br data-start=\"500\" data-end=\"503\" \/>He has taught in the master&#8217;s program in International Tax Law organized by LUMSA at the Guardia di Finanza&#8217;s School of Economic and Financial Police (Rome), at the University of Palermo, and at LUMSA \u2013 Palermo campus. He also participated in the 6th, 7th, and 8th editions of the Summer School \u201cTowards European International Tax Law\u201d (Jean Monnet Programme).<br data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"866\" \/>He is a member of the Latin American Institute of Tax Law (I.L.A.D.T.), a member of C.I.R.T.E., and part of the editorial boards of several legal journals.<br data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1024\" \/>He took part in A.I.P.S.D.T. working groups on digital taxation and online gaming taxation.<br data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1118\" \/>He has published extensively on domestic, European, and international tax law.<br data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1199\" \/>He holds two specialized master&#8217;s degrees in business and self-employment income taxation, and in tax assessment and litigation.<br data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1330\" \/>He completed his legal specialization at the \u201cG.
